New Laptop Setup
Students requiring assistance with setting up a newly purchased laptop are best served by setting this up at home on their personal Wi-Fi (not at the IT Service Desk). Often, a laptop will need windows updates and other updates that can take as much as 2 hours (or more). In addition, connecting to the QCC Wi-Fi requires registration, which is not possible during the laptop setup process.
